Registration fees

Participant registration fee

for NJSZT member, one representative of an NJSZT corporate member, PhD student:

45000 HUF, 180 EUR until 8th October
50000 HUF, 200 EUR until 31st October
55000 HUF, 220 EUR after 31st October

for other participant:

55000 HUF, 220 EUR until 8th October
60000 HUF, 240 EUR until 31st October
65000 HUF, 260 EUR after 31st October

Accompanying person fee:

20000 HUF, 80 EUR

The meals include the gala dinner on 22nd Nov., and the lunches on 23rd and 24th Oct. Students are required to present a valid student card.

Daily fees (per day)

22nd, 23rd, 24th November 2007

25000 HUF, 100 EUR

Daily fees include lunches on 23rd and 24th Nov, but do not include the gala dinner.

How to pay registration fee

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation must be sent in writing or emailed to the Organization Secretariat (rceas@njszt.hu). Until 10 November 2007 a refund of 50% of the fee will be. After 10. November 2007 no refunds will be issued.
